Senior Product Designer, Restaurant Platform

Design core experiences for restaurants and internal teams, covering onboarding, reporting, security, and APIs. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable solutions while conducting user research to translate findings into design direction.
Responsibilities
- Design the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable
- Collaborate closely with a smart and dedicated team of product designers, product managers, and engineers
- Champion product concepts that expertly balance customer needs with critical business goals
- Become an expert in restaurants’ needs by planning and facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design
- Experience designing for B2B experiences or proven track record of solving for highly complex workflows
- Strong visual and interaction skills
- Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user
