Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create packaging, labels, and marketing collateral for retail and foodservice. They will also develop digital assets for websites, email campaigns, Amazon storefronts, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Design retail and foodservice packaging from concept to production-ready files
- Build catalogs, sell sheets, trade show graphics, signage, and sales decks that help our team win in the field and on the floor
- Create assets for our websites, email campaigns, Amazon listings, A+ content, and digital ads
- Design everything from homepage banners to enhanced brand storefronts
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns with scroll-stopping digital creative
- Design visuals that keep our team informed, engaged, and proud of where they work
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience spanning print, packaging, and digital
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
- Hands-on experience with packaging production — die lines, print specs, and regulatory content
- A strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for e-commerce and digital platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball on quality or deadlines
- A portfolio that shows range — packaging to digital, polished to playful
