Designer UX (IA) - AI-Native UX Designer
Landr Remote (đšđŠ Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
Own the design of core features and AI-native experiences across multiple product areas while evolving the company's design system. Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are successfully implemented in code.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of design on several product domains, ranging from 'core' features to innovative experiences using AI
- Use AI tools actively throughout the design process to accelerate production and explore a wider range of solutions
- Regularly interact with real users to test ideas, validate hypotheses, and integrate user feedback directly into design decisions
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates solid UX thinking and a strong aesthetic sense
- Active use of AI tools in design methodology, from ideation to prototyping to delivery
- Concrete experience contributing to a design system in production
- Collaborative spirit and genuine curiosity that goes beyond design (product, engineering, marketing, and business development)
