The Product Designer will own features for the Internal Management System, creating user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile. Responsibilities include conducting user research, maintaining the internal design system, and collaborating with developers to optimize operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly interfaces for the Internal Management System (Web & Mobile)
- Act as a co-owner of the system, taking initiative to identify friction points in internal project management workflows and proposing actionable design solutions
- Gather data from internal teams, conduct interviews, and analyze how people interact with the system to understand the 'why' behind every feature request
- Shape insights into personas, journey maps, and wireframes that align the project team and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, specifically with B2B SaaS or Enterprise/Internal systems
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping)
- Strong understanding of design systems and how to apply them across complex, data-heavy interfaces
- Ability to interpret abstract requirements and transform them into high-fidelity screens that solve real workflow problems
- Fluent spoken and written English
