The Product Designer will own the end-to-end UX process to solve user problems and support business goals for a B2B SaaS platform. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve core product experiences and evolving the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Improve core product experiences that clearly communicate SINGU’s value and better support users in their daily work
- Increase key experience metrics in the SINGU application, reducing friction in critical user flows, and increasing clarity and efficiency in everyday workflows
- Strengthen and evolve the SINGU design system, improving consistency across the application, and reducing design-to-development effort for product teams
Requirements
- Solid Experience as a Product Designer in a product-led company
- End-to-End UX Ownership
- Strong Research & Insight Synthesis Skills
- Advanced Product & Interaction Design Skills
- High-Quality Design Artifacts & Prototyping
- Design Systems Experience
- Strong Communication & English Proficiency
