Responsibilities
- Define and drive product and experience strategy
- Translate sustainability frameworks into actionable product initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative products and services
- Establish and scale design systems, frameworks, and patterns
- Mentor, coach, and elevate design teams
Requirements
- 10-15 years of product management experience
- Experience with products in sustainability-focused domains
- Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks
- Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy, environmental objectives, and user experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
