SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Lead end-to-end design execution for digital products, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive experiences. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver iterative design transformations from discovery through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design execution across key product areas
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clean, modern, and intuitive experiences
• Simplify complex, data-heavy applications into usable and elegant solutions
• Apply human-centered design methods to solve complex user problems
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders
• Craft thoughtful interaction patterns, visual designs, and scalable components aligned with design systems
• Develop ideas and concepts from initial wireframes through to low-fidelity designs
• Prototype and present ideas, interactions, and flows with confidence among the design team and clients

Requirements

• A product development or experience design background
• Apply human-centered design methods—including research synthesis, interaction design, and prototyping—to solve complex user problems
• A hybrid designer with a foundation in design research, UX, interaction, and visual design
• Experience working with AI tools to improve workflows, research, and prototyping
• Contribute to team excellence by participating in critiques, sharing knowledge, and proactively improving design processes
• Experience working on iOS and/or Android native apps is a plus
