Define the design standard and frameworks for a new AI operating system for investment management. Create beautiful, fast, and usable B2B products while collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design complex B2B products that need to be beautiful, fast, and genuinely usable in the hands of demanding professionals
- Obsess over the tiny details and the way things feel
- Use AI tools to prototype, experiment, and validate ideas at a pace that matches how quickly we move
- Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver experiences that are as ambitious and distinctive as the company itself
- Navigate different levels of abstraction; from foundational design frameworks to the smallest interaction details
- Clearly articulate, lead, and execute work that spans research, design, and prototyping
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing products
- Passion for making all products beautiful
- Eagerness to build the foundation and set the design standard for tools in the wealth space
- An eye for tiny details and how things feel
- Experience using AI tools to experiment, prototype, and validate ideas, designs, and workflows
- The ability to just go figure stuff out :)
