Lead the end-to-end design process from problem framing and user journey mapping to production-ready UI. Collaborate with R&D and developers to create accessible interfaces for web, mobile, and device platforms.
Responsibilities
- Leading design from problem framing through to production-ready UI
- Creating user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and device interfaces
- Working alongside research and development function, participating in user interviews, usability evaluations, and translating learnings into design decisions
- Building and testing prototypes early
- Collaborating closely with developers through implementation
- Mapping user journeys and finding experience gaps worth fixing
- Contributing to the design system and writing clear, user-centred interface copy
- Ensuring accessibility is built-in, not bolted on
Requirements
- Experience in product, service, UX, or interaction design
- Confident generalist with ability to work broadly and detail-oriented when necessary
- Experience working across international products or with teams and users from different cultures
- Clear and confident communication of design decisions
- Advocate for the user, including when it is the harder position to take
- Curiosity about the future of design, including AI tools and evolving workflows
- Proficiency in Figma
- Fluent English, with other language skills beneficial
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus
