- Ability to articulate own design decisions
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of commercial experience in UI/UX
- Good understanding of Human-Centered design principles and a variety of user research methods
- Experience in doing user research and testing
- Fluent Figma skills
- Atomic design understanding
- Fintech expertise will be a plus
