Own the end-to-end UX of a complex integration platform, focusing on interaction design for automation pipelines and API tooling. Establish the foundations of a UX research practice by gathering user feedback and creating scalable design standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX of a complex, globally used integration platform
- Design interaction for automation pipelines, dashboards, and API tooling
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and leadership to shape what gets built and why
- Establish the early foundations of a UX research practice, including running usability tests and gathering user feedback
- Develop UX standards and patterns that will outlast any single feature
Requirements
- Portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you've shipped
- Experience with designing complex, multi-step workflows or data-heavy interfaces
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive toward clarity without waiting to be told what to do
- Experience with user research, such as interviews, usability tests, or other methods
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Figma
- Curiosity about what AI means for design work
