Principal UX researcher (IP Tech Transfer)

Lead user research and experience design for complex, AI-enabled workflow products within the IP Tech Transfer product line. Collaborate with stakeholders to map complicated workflows and translate research insights into intuitive, usable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research across customers, users, and internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
- Plan and run interviews, workshops, and other discovery activities with users
- Turn research findings into clear problems, user needs, and design opportunities
- Design useful, intuitive experiences for workflow-heavy and AI-enabled products
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX, product design, or service design for B2B software, workflow tools, or complex service environments
- Strong user research skills, including interviews, synthesis, and problem framing
- Ability to turn qualitative input into clear insights and design direction
- Experience designing for complex workflows and operationally heavy environments
