Product Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems (Remote)

Own the end-to-end product design experience across web and mobile applications, focusing on UX strategy and high-quality UI execution. Build and maintain scalable design systems while collaborating with product managers and engineers to improve usability and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards
- Ensure consistency across all product surfaces and experiences, and design experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver developer-ready assets
Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive design, and design systems
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability testing
