Lead Graphic Designer

Collaborate with clients to design and produce large-format graphics, including signage, vehicle wraps, and trade show displays. Manage the full production lifecycle from creating production-ready files to operating printing and finishing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create impactful signage and visual graphic solutions
- Design and produce large-format graphics including interior and exterior signage, vehicle wraps, banners, trade show displays, and dimensional graphics
- Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
- Perform color correction and ensure accurate color output
- Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
- Operate large-format production equipment including printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, and laminators
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand standards
- Maintain organized project files and production specifications
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production technologies
Requirements
- Sign Shop experience and/or in the signage and large-format print industry
- Passion for signage, graphics, branding, and visual production
- Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed signage projects
- Experience creating logos, typography, and custom graphic elements
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, and Thrive RIP
- Experience with print production workflows
- Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
