The role involves taking creative ownership of game features to design intuitive and polished user interfaces. The designer will collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to shape the visual language and user experience of the game.
Responsibilities
- Take full creative ownership over features that millions of players will be engaged with
- Closely work with various teams and stakeholders to understand feature mechanics and requirements
- Design fun and polished intuitive user interfaces that are consistent with the game's art style and tone
- Share and discuss UX/UI solutions with peers to push forward the game’s visual language and design
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing features and events for mobile games
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating excellent UI skills, creativity, and attention to details
- Flows and layouts with pixel perfect solutions
- Designs of features including logos, icons, and UI panels
- Vast knowledge of color theory, composition, typography, layout design, and UI animation
- Experience with Photoshop: works with layer comps and smart objects
- Team player: accountable and dependable, help others where possible, have strong communication skills and willing to accept and share feedback
- Understanding of product needs and goals, passion for games and interfaces
