Lead the end-to-end user experience for System1's product suite as part of a product trio. Focus on continuous discovery, AI-powered prototyping, and maintaining a coherent design system to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner as an equal member of the product trio to share accountability for outcomes
- Lead continuous product discovery alongside the product manager
- Tackle big product risks before committing to building
- Own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across System1's product suite
- Use AI-powered design tools to compress discovery and delivery cycles
- Run frequent prototype-based experiments with real customers
- Build, evolve and maintain the design system
- Partner on customer research and champion the customer inside the business
Requirements
- Approximately 5-7 years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio of shipped product work that demonstrates outcomes
- Experience working as part of a product trio with shared accountability for outcomes
- Hands-on experience with continuous product discovery and prototype-based experiments
- Demonstrable experience using AI-powered design tools to ship faster and prototype at speed
- Hands-on experience building or contributing to a design system
- Strong fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
