Responsibilities
- Drive UX research initiatives that support product development and enhance user experience across digital solutions
- Plan and carry out end-to-end research projects using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define research needs and inform product direction
- Manage and prioritize research activities in a fast-paced environment, aligning them with business goals and user needs
- Present research outcomes in a clear and engaging way to support decision-making
- Contribute to building and maintaining research standards, processes, and best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX research
- Hands-on experience with a variety of research methods
- Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A portfolio demonstrating how your research has influenced product decisions and improved user experiences
- Large experience working with international corporations
