Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design process for complex operational domains, from discovery and problem framing to shipping and measuring impact. Partner with PMs and engineers in a trio model to shape the product roadmap and reduce structural design debt.
Responsibilities
- Own design for operationally complex areas of the platform and partner directly with PMs and engineers
- Drive measurable provider outcomes and know if the work is successful
- Build deep customer fluency and become the person the team turns to for understanding real users
- Elevate the design baseline and identify and address structural design debt
- Shape the roadmap and bring design-led problem framing to initiative planning
Requirements
- Experience designing complex operational software
- Strong end-to-end ownership and ability to lead design from discovery to shipped product
- Customer-driven instincts and ability to retain what is learned from users
- Craft that handles complexity well and makes hard things feel simple
- Collaborative by default and ability to thrive in a tight trio with a PM and a TL
- Fluent with AI in design practice
