The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling proposal books, presentations, and sales materials while ensuring alignment with brand identity standards. This includes leading the production of sales newsletters and maintaining contract and presentation templates.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain deliverables from departments and team members to design, build, print, and deliver compelling and dynamic Proposal Books and Presentations
  • Assist in the development of supporting materials for proposals and presentations
  • Lead design production of periodic sales newsletter
  • Assist in the development of general materials, e.g., training documents, materials for sales events
  • Ownership and ongoing continuous improvement of contract, proposal, and presentation templates
  • Ensure all proposals are consistent and follow brand identity standards
  • Photo editing and manipulation as required

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a graphic design position
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working on contracts, proposals, and/or presentations is an asset
