Lead the design of AI-driven enterprise experiences for complex supply chain workflows, translating ambiguity into clear interaction models and high-fidelity UI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent capabilities like recommendation systems and automation into scalable product strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define experience strategy
- Lead problem framing and user insight development for complex supply chain workflows
- Design AI-centered user experiences that leverage recommendation systems and intelligent automation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications
- Experience designing adaptive AI-infused experiences
- Strong demonstrated curiosity, strategic thinking, and learning agility
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear experience direction
