Lead the end-to-end design for Docrio and Matters & Intakes products, managing everything from problem framing to high-fidelity design and release QA. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to conduct research and ensure designs are feasible and performant.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for features and flows across multiple products
- Meet regularly with Product Management and Engineering to scope work and refine requirements
- Run customer research with attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations users
- Design for the realities of legal work, including dense information, compliance requirements, and workflows
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and performant
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design or UX design experience
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy software
- Portfolio of data-dense, multi-step workflows with strong interaction design and information architecture
- Experience designing for legal tech, document management, or related industries
- Fluency in Figma and working understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility
