Product Designer

The Product Designer will build the UX/UI function from scratch, focusing initially on the Dashboard to create trust surfaces for AI/ML architects. They will own the end-to-end design process, from customer research and sketching to shipping pixels in a React and Tailwind codebase.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of major Dashboard surfaces end-to-end — flow, interaction, visual — from first sketch to shipped pixels
- Run customer research with the AI/ML architects deploying Arcade
- Pair daily with engineering
- Shape the design system alongside engineering
- Make agent state legible — tool execution, auth scopes, observability, billing
- Write the design rationale
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience
- Formal title matters less than the work
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end product work
- Strong fluency in Figma
- Comfort with technical product spaces
- Demonstrated ability to run customer research without a dedicated researcher
- Strong partnership with engineering
- Opinions on design systems
