Sr UX Researcher I

Lead complex, multi-method UX research initiatives to shape AI-powered legal product experiences and strategic innovation. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product and business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-method UX research initiatives across AI-enabled product areas
- Plan and execute generative, evaluative, and strategic research studies
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and AI practitioners to inform product strategy and experiences
- Conduct rapid discovery research in fast-moving product development environments
- Engage directly with customers and legal professionals to understand workflows, behaviors, and unmet needs
- Translate research insights into actionable product and business recommendations
- Use analytics, behavioral data, and AI-assisted tools to support synthesis and insight generation
- Mentor and guide researchers on methods, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Strong experience conducting end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience independently leading complex research initiatives from planning through communication
- Demonstrated experience conducting generative and discovery research
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to support research workflows or analysis
- Ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear, strategic guidance
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and data-focused teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
