Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create static and animated visual graphics for marketing platforms to elevate client brands and engage audiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting creative strategies to clients, and managing project execution from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creative direction for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and surpassing expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that resonate with target audiences
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives that communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions
• Produce high-quality designs for print and digital mediums, including advertisements, marketing materials, web assets, and multimedia presentations
• Participate in the day-to-day ad creative trafficking for sister company The Post and Courier's client base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Exceptional design sensibility, with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color theory
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a natural inclination towards mentorship and team empowerment
