- Owning end-to-end design for high-traffic consumer products
- Leading a small design team and working on high-ownership projects
- Working on funnels, growth surfaces, and core user journeys
- Analyzing user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Supporting new strategies for driving product growth
Requirements
- 3-4 years of product design experience in consumer internet
- Portfolio showing work on scaled, customer-facing products — conversion funnels, storefronts, growth flows
- AI-first mindset: you use AI tools actively in your workflow and can translate designs into front-end code
- Strong UX fundamentals and a sharp eye for what users actually do, not what they say
- Experience building or scaling a design system for a consumer app
- Understanding of business context — you know why a metric matters
