Senior UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX design for large-scale digital experiences, focusing on subscription services for a global technology client. This includes defining user flows, creating high-quality UX artifacts, and aligning design decisions with measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX design for multiple initiatives end-to-end
- Define user flows, interaction patterns, and experience structures across key journeys
- Frame design recommendations in terms of measurable business outcomes
- Translate product and business goals into clear UX strategies and communicate rationale effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers to ensure consistency and quality across the experience
Requirements
- Senior UX professional with strong product thinking
- Proven ability to tie design decisions to business outcomes (revenue, conversion, retention, churn reduction)
- Experience building business cases for design investments and communicating UX value to non-design stakeholders
- Background in subscription, SaaS, or consumer services environments
- Comfortable working with US-based teams across time zones
