Lead the strategic design of AI-native workflows and data-rich experiences to help customers move from information to decision-making. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and evolve the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and end-to-end experiences
- Transform customer insights into actionable product direction
- Define and drive design strategy for key initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to design systems and patterns, and shape best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design, systems thinking, and user-centered experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep expertise in designing end-to-end customer workflows
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools
- Collaboration with engineering teams and knowledge of modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
