Senior UX Designer (m/w/d)

Drive the strategic UX development of the website and touchpoints from customer insight to conversion. Lead UX projects, develop design systems, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to optimize the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-centered UX concepts for our website and other touchpoints
- Work with user research, usability tests, and data to optimize UX
- Develop UX guidelines, design principles, and design systems
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams
- Lead UX projects, mentor junior designers, and innovate UX workflows
Requirements
- Strong UX foundation through relevant studies or training
- 5-7 years of experience in UX/Interaction Design
- User-centered thinking and understanding of digital interactions, especially in e-commerce
- Data-driven decision-making with tools like Analytics, A/B-Tests, Heatmaps, and Clickpfad-Analysen
- Strong conceptual skills with modern UX tools like Figma or Framer
- Technical understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to learn new tools
