As a founding Product Designer in Sofia, you will own the design for mission-critical product areas including scheduling and enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with engineering and product managers to shape the look, feel, and functionality of the recruiting platform.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end flows for web applications
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to shape the product's direction
- Translating complex user needs and datasets into clear, actionable, and visually compelling UI
- Presenting and discussing design decisions with cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio of shipped products
- Experience designing complex web applications, B2B SaaS, or enterprise tools
- Strong UX fundamentals and visual design execution
- Ability to work directly and iteratively with engineering teams
