- Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proven portfolio with strong examples of ad creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic understanding of how creatives impact ad performance (CTR, conversions, etc.)
