Design intuitive and scalable internal tools and AI-powered experiences to empower customer support agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex support workflows into streamlined, human-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences for internal teammate tools
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape product direction and ensure solutions meet both business goals and teammate needs
- Use research and data to inform and validate design decisions
- Act as the voice of the teammate by identifying research opportunities and bringing insights into product strategy and prioritization
Requirements
- Experience designing UX for complex systems, internal tools, or workflow-driven products
- Skilled at translating user needs, behavioral insights, and operational constraints into clear product requirements and design solutions
- Ability to independently plan and execute research, including contextual inquiry, interviews, and usability testing
