UX Designer – Conversational AI / Microsoft Copilot
Ontrac Solutions Remote (🇺🇸 Chicago, Illinois, United States of America)
The UX Designer will create user-centered conversational experiences for voice and chat-based virtual assistants. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop journey maps, wireframes, and interaction specifications using Figma.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Design conversational experiences for voice, chat, and virtual assistant products
- Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, sample dialogs, and detailed interaction specifications
- Use Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts for stakeholder alignment and delivery
- Facilitate design workshops, proposal discussions, and alignment sessions with internal teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UX, interaction design, conversational design, or related experience
- Experience designing conversational experiences, including voice, chat, virtual assistants, or IVR applications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or related Microsoft AI/productivity tools
- Proficiency creating wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, and experience working with product and engineering teams
