Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end design for core product areas, translating complex problems into simple, high-quality user experiences. Lead the improvement of the design system and UI/UX for client-facing surfaces while partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery to release
- Lead problem framing and solution exploration, aligning stakeholders on the 'why' and the trade-offs
- Revitalise and improve the UI/UX of core client-facing surfaces
- Improve and extend the design system, ensuring patterns are consistent, accessible, and scalable across the product
Requirements
- Strong product design experience in a fast-paced, product-led environment
- Proven ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences
- Excellent visual craft and UX thinking
- Ability to work cross-functionally, navigating stakeholder pressure, and keeping turnaround times short
