Lead AI-powered design workflows to create high-performing player experience surfaces and monetization flows. Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to deliver production-ready specs and interactive prototypes that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-powered design workflows using cutting-edge AI tools to generate concepts, explore variations, and build interactive prototypes rapidly
- Design monetization surfaces that convert, owning purchase flows, offer mechanics, onboarding, and loyalty features
- Create CRM-connected experiences with dynamic UI that supports personalized offers and targeted promotions
- Build rapid prototypes using Figma, Framer, and AI-generated code to validate concepts quickly and get feedback before engineering investment
Requirements
- Solid product design experience with a portfolio showing high-quality UI/UX across complex, multi-state flows
- AI-native design fluency with hands-on professional experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, v0, Galileo AI)
- Expert Figma skills including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Conversion-focused design experience having designed purchase flows, onboarding funnels, or promotional content
- Technical awareness to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes with basic front-end literacy
