The Senior Product Designer will transform business objectives into intuitive user experiences for complex workflows, managing the process from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes. They will collaborate in a triad model with product managers and engineers while contributing to the evolution of the organization's design system.
Responsibilities
- Transform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose, simplicity, and are feasible to build
- Develop multiple solutions for specific challenges that can be delivered across a range of products, platforms, and devices with a bias for action and crisp management of priorities
- Manage the design process for your projects from discovery and concept ideation through flows and wireframes to full-fidelity prototype designs
- Ensure all designs prioritize the needs of non-technical users, focusing on simplicity, speed, and trust
- Partner with Research and Content teams to ensure design concepts meet our customers' needs and deliver desired results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a user experience/product designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
- 2+ years of leading large-scale product design initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products that delivered results and showcase the depth of your design skills
- Proven experience clearly communicating and presenting complex problems to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and human-computer interaction principles
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred) and design thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
