Lead the end-to-end design process from inception to completion, collaborating with product managers and engineers to create human-centric healthcare experiences. Responsibilities include developing product visions, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining a high-quality UI consistent with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment towards it
- Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller
- Build an understanding of members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities
- Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers
- Develop and evangelize design understanding and sensibility across the organization
- Mentor junior designers
- Deliver a UI consistent with Alanās brand
- Contribute to the design system with components documentation for designers and engineers
- Evaluate and maintain the quality of Alanās product through continuous monitoring and testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Track record of shipping quality products
- Design mentorship experience
- Full-stack design expertise
