Create high-fidelity visual designs, concepts, and design systems that align with brand identity and solve client business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to foster a dynamic design culture.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute highly polished visual design and concepts that are consistently on brand and directly connect to solving the client's business needs
- Craft and present high fidelity design concepts and directions as a necessary part of the design process
- Keep oneās own high standard of design, presentation, processes, and all the ways we work with each other and engage with our clients
- Stay current and champion new AI practices, recent design methodologies, trends and techniques
- Proactively search for and recommend new best practices
- Bring to life design through working prototypes and motion, including the ability to think about motion in interaction, create prototypes in Figma, and/or other AI tools
Requirements
- 5+ years proven agency or studio experience across a variety of industries, designing for digital experiences
- Excellence in designing brand and/or systematic design experiences across multiple channels
- Fluency in English, and able to verbally communicate and present to North American team members and clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A strategic thinker, ability to take in the strategic ambition of the project, as well as inputs from UX and narrative, to arrive at a compelling and rounded design solution
