Data Center Structural Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering

The role involves designing resilient and cost-effective prototypical data center facilities for the Americas region. The engineer will provide technical guidance, review consultant drawings, and solve large-scale structural implementation issues.
Responsibilities
- Design prototypical DC facilities and provide technical guidance to team members
- Review milestone drawings by consultants and solve large-scale implementation issues
- Be responsible for structural design requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated in industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in structural design for industrial or commercial projects
- 5+ years of experience with the design of Data Center, Mission Critical, Hospital, Schools, Commercial or Residential Tower facilities
- Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standards including IBC and ASCE
