UX Designer

The UX Designer will partner with product teams to deliver scalable enterprise products through all stages of the UX design process. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating high-fidelity designs, and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work on all stages of the UX design process
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Participate in user-centered design activities, including creating journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
- Participate in conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews to evaluate design efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or similar fields
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- 3+ years experience in Figma
- 5+ years experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- 3+ years experience with responsive and mobile design
