Senior UX Designer

Lead the UX design process from concept to execution for mission-critical platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process from concept to execution
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Participate in user-centered design activities, including creating journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
- Participate in conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews to evaluate design efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or similar fields
- 7+ years of experience in UX design
- 3+ years experience in Figma
- 7+ years experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- 3+ years experience with responsive and mobile design
