Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer is responsible for designing complex software used in the biotech industry, including touchscreen interfaces and desktop applications. They will create user experiences that improve learnability and operational confidence while tackling complex information architecture and data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for Touchscreen-based HMIs on instruments, Embedded software interfaces, Desktop applications supporting monitoring, analysis, and control
- Create interaction models that support expert users, while improving learnability, error prevention, and operational confidence
- Tackle complex information architecture, data visualization, alarms, and system feedback in a calm, precise, and usable way
- Produce high-quality UI designs, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Participate in early-stage innovation and concept exploration
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX design for complex systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process, complex workflows, analytical interfaces, or system-level design
- Proven experience designing for touchscreens, embedded systems, HMIs, or desktop applications
- Solid grounding in user-centered and human-centered design methodologies
- Experience working closely with engineers in agile or hybrid development environments
- Fluency in English
