Responsible for end-to-end design and research for the EiQ ESG suite, translating complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces. The role involves building high-fidelity prototypes using AI-driven techniques and maintaining a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex ESG workflows into intuitive user journeys and interfaces
- Create high-fidelity UI, interaction specs, and clickable prototypes
- Operate beyond Figma by applying AI-driven techniques to speed experimentation and raise fidelity
- Own end-to-end research, stakeholder interviews, workflow shadowing, and usability testing
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in digital product design
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience with AI-assisted design and AI-assisted coding for UI prototypes
