Own the end-to-end design of core payments products, from problem framing to polished execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a scalable design system and mentor other designers to raise the team's quality bar.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end within our core payments product
- Actively suggest product improvements to enhance user experience and drive innovation
- Design interfaces that are functional and delightful for complex financial workflows
- Contribute to and help maintain a design system that promotes consistency and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Proven ability to design end-to-end across large, ambiguous product areas
- Strong systems thinker and comfortable with high-abstract tasks
- Portfolio of 2-3 cases that demonstrate strategic impact
