Senior Product Designer (m/w/d)

Lead the end-to-end product design process to simplify complex energy logic into intuitive customer journeys across mobile and web platforms. Mentor other designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and elevate design standards.
Responsibilities
- Design Ownership: own the end-to-end product design process
- Complex UX Simplification: translate complex energy products into simple customer experiences
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Product Managers, tech team, and stakeholders
- Strategy & Roadmap Development: support product managers in developing a prioritized product roadmap
- Design Leadership & Processes: maintain and elevate ongoing design processes and artefacts
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and interaction design
- Experience contributing to and improving design systems
- Strong UI judgment and ability to simplify complex product logic
