Requirements
- Disponibilidade para ir presencialmente quando necessário ao Call Center
- Conhecimento prévio no ecossistema Salesforce
- Experiência sólida atuando como UX Designer
- Experiência prévia trabalhando com o design de plataformas internas, sistemas complexos ou de retaguarda
- Visão sistêmica
- Domínio de Figma e ferramentas de prototipagem
- Boa comunicação para conduzir dinâmicas, alinhar expectativas com stakeholders e defender decisões de design com base em dados
