The role involves creating graphics for business development pursuits, RFP/RFQ responses, and maintaining company brand guidelines across various marketing collateral. Additionally, the designer will transform complex data into visual stories and support website maintenance and internal company events.
Responsibilities
- Create graphics and support content creation for RFP/RFQ responses for business development pursuits
- Support creation and upkeep of company brochures and other marketing collateral
- Maintain brand guidelines for all collateral
- Assist with graphic production for company-produced reports
- Develop, design, and update project descriptions and staff biographies used in proposals, collateral, and on the company website
- Assist Marketing Coordinator with website content and maintenance
- Manage marketing printing/production/vendors
- Assist with award submissions, project reports, and other project-related marketing
- Assist with marketing campaigns for special events and internal initiatives
- Provide backup support to marketing coordinator
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field/equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Solid experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field
- Skilled with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- Experience with printing processes, terminology, and methods
- Experience with website CMS preferred
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, multi-tasking, detail-oriented
