Responsibilities
- Leading complex product and systems design
- Bringing clarity to complex product challenges
- Leading and elevating design practices
- Driving consistency and scalability across the platform
- Mentoring and supporting a growing team of product designers
Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring product designers
- Deep experience designing complex enterprise or B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong systems thinking and product design expertise
- Technical and design systems capability
