Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design from framing ambiguous problems to building high-fidelity prototypes
- Transform deep domain complexity into world-class workflows
- Design AI-first interactions by translating automation, ML, and agentic AI capabilities into user-centered patterns
- Create and refine visualization patterns including dashboards and insights
- Communicate design decisions with clarity through strong visual, verbal, and prototype-based storytelling
- Bring structure and forward momentum in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Portfolio that demonstrates problem-framing, exploration, and structure to complexity
- Thoughtful attention to design details
- Strong product sensibilities
- Refined visual design craft
- Experience with designing with AI and designing for AI
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, startup-like environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
