Responsibilities
- Lead and scale structural engineering team for server and storage product development
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans for team members
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing structural engineering team
- Define team structure, resource planning, hiring strategy, and skill development roadmap
- Manage productization, capacity planning, and lab operations, including budget control and equipment maintenance
- Ensure on-time delivery with quality, cost, and performance targets met
Requirements
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, Marine engineering, Civil engineering or equivalent experience
- Beyond 12+ years of experience in mechanical development, structural analysis, and FEA
- Proven people management experience leading engineering teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong expertise in FEA (Ansys, LS-DYNA, Sherlock, or the equivalent tools)
- Shock & vibration theory and testing
- Reliability validation methodologies and industry specifications
