Senior UX Designer

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality UX solutions across mobile, desktop, and app platforms. Translate business objectives and user needs into production-ready assets while guiding junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end user experience solutions by translating business goals, user needs, and technical requirements into interaction designs, visual specifications, and production-ready assets
- Prepare and maintain design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, research insights, usability findings, and design documentation
- Identify and implement small, practical improvements in design patterns, component usage, documentation, tooling workflows, or collaboration models
- Monitor experience quality indicators for owned design areas, including usability findings, feedback trends, accessibility compliance, and design review outcomes
Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end user experience design work or design packages
- Strong ability to translate business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints into scalable experience designs and actionable design solutions
- Deep understanding of design readiness criteria and quality gates
- Skilled in working with cross-functional partner teams
- Ability to identify and recommend incremental improvements to design patterns, component usage, documentation standards, tooling, or collaboration workflows
